Among the best: Inova Semiconductors secures fifth place in the ranking of the “Most Innovative Companies 2025”
Munich, Germany, November 6th, 2025 – Inova Semiconductors has secured fifth place in the “Most Innovative Companies 2025” ranking, conducted by the SZ Institute, a subsidiary of the Süddeutsche Zeitung newspaper. The Munich-based semiconductor company has thus established itself among the country's leading future-oriented companies, according to the ranking, which is based on a comprehensive analysis of 2,786 companies.
“We are delighted to have been named one of the ‘Most Innovative Companies 2025’ by the SZ Institute,” says Robert Isele, CEO of Inova Semiconductors. “We see our renewed placement in the top ten as recognition of our work, which is based on a future-oriented strategy and ongoing development. At the same time, it is an incentive to continue on our path of innovation and to consistently scale our technologies further—for the benefit of our customers and partners.”
Methodology of the SZ analysis
The ranking was conducted for the fourth time by Creditreform on behalf of the SZ Institute. Specific criteria were defined for the study, which a company had to meet in order to be included in the analysis. The companies had to be based in Germany, be able to present annual financial statements for 2023, and have a credit rating between 100 and 499. In addition, there must have been no new start-ups or insolvencies. Based on these and other evaluation criteria, a total of 2,786 companies were identified. Of these, 245 companies were identified as particularly innovative, including Inova Semiconductors, which once again achieved a top ranking.
The results of the entire ranking were published under the title 'The Drive of the Future' in Süddeutsche Zeitung, issue 244/2025, and online.
